Paleo is lifestyle change with four main components. The first is eating real food that is nutrient dense from naturally occurring vitamins and minerals while avoiding processed foods, meat from poorly raised animals, and foods that promote inflammation. In a nutshell, eat real food. That means eating meats, vegetables, fruits and some nuts.
